We had a flood in our basement back in December a week before Christmas. It was devastating!!! A new finished basement ruined and damage that is unexplainable. We called First Class for help and guidance. Without going into long details, all I can say is that Glenn the owner put us at ease and showed empathy to the situation at hand. He provided a detailed outline of the project with exceptional communication and assured us that the basement will look the same as before. Not to mention the mobile showroom that they have. Glenn brought this mobile showroom to our home and we were able to pick out the flooring on the spot. This is huge because we didn’t have to go to a store and bring home a bunch of samples to decide on a color. We just took some samples from the mobile showroom and matched a color within minutes. So convenient and less stress on making decisions. Just a genius idea and therefore comes the name “First Class”. This was not an easy project but the First Class team not only made the basement look as before but even better in my opinion. We are grateful for everything the First Class Team did for us during this time. Always available when needed including weekends. We would highly recommend them for any project. First Class is a one stop shop business that offers many of the services homeowners need when building or renovating. They design, help select materials and colors, coordinate time-lines, and manage the project from beginning to end. The owner is hands on and is onsite overseeing the work every step of the way. It has been 18 years since Glenn put the kitchen and family room addition on the home. I have not had a single issue or problem to this day with the job.
