Anna and I are a husband and wife team who started our family business in 1991.

Anna Hickman
Anna is the administrative coordinator and customer liaison who oversees the daily operations of this family-owned business. She works closely with team members, understanding a positive company culture is crucial.
Glenn Hickman
Glenn started out as a general contractor and, through hard work and dedication, became the go-to guy in the industry with over 30 years of experience directing multiple teams on various projects throughout New Jersey.
